Identify the equipment
Share the make, model and capacity if known. An existing asset list is useful for multiple locations. If details are unavailable, say so rather than guessing; the next step may be to establish them through an agreed assessment.
Describe the requirement
Explain whether you need routine servicing, a maintenance arrangement or help assessing a fault. A brief factual description and relevant service history can help establish the next step. Do not attempt an unsafe inspection to complete an enquiry.
Specify the sites
Give the city and number of locations. For branch networks, distinguish a single-site requirement from a network-wide scope. Share sensitive access details only through an appropriate agreed channel.
Clarify what the quotation should include
Discuss visits, labour, consumables and replacement parts. A maintenance price is difficult to compare if one quotation includes items another excludes. Parts approval and additional-work procedures should be explicit.
Agree access, timing and approval
Confirm who can authorize work and arrange site access. Service scheduling, any response arrangement and the evidence required to accept completed work should be discussed before mobilization.
Plan the ongoing record
For recurring maintenance, agree how visits and findings will be documented. A clear asset list, approved scope and service record help both the business and service team keep track of the work.
Supply Stream welcomes single-site and multi-site generator enquiries. Contact our team to confirm coverage and discuss a scope appropriate to your requirement.
